6 Popular 2019 Books I Want to Read Before the Year Ends

6 books I want to read before the new year-2.jpg

2019 so far has been a great year for new releases. There have been so many books, both debuts and new series, that have caused a lot of excitement online and try as I might, I can’t keep up! So here’s a quick list of some of the books I’ve seen talked about the most, and which I am dying to read ASAP!

I’ve heard nothing but strong praise and excitement about Red, White & Royal Blue since before it was even released and I’m starting to get some serious FOMO. This book sounds absolutely adorable, and I think I’m gonna aim to read it when I’m back at uni in September!

I keep seeing Viper all over Twitter and Bookstagram, and I’m really excited to see if it lives up to the hype! It sounds like something I’d love.

I loved The Kiss Quotient when I read it last month, and I’m really hoping to get to this companion soon! I’ve heard so many good things.

Sorcery of Thorns sounds exactly like my kind of book! Sorcerors, magic, and libraries just so happen to be a few of my favourite things ;). I’m certain I need this book in my life.

The Priory of the Orange Tree has had a lot of hype since it’s release earlier this year, and it sounds epic. But have you seen how HUGE this book is?! This thing is gonna make my arms strong by the time I finish it. I think I’ll probably end up reading this book over the Christmas holidays when I have no deadlines. That’s if I don’t cave before then.

I first heard about The Binding on my publishing course at uni. I went straight to the bookshop after my seminar to get a copy, and it was the last one on the display. I’ve since heard a lot of hype on Twitter, too, but somehow still haven’t gotten around to reading it, and I need to!

Have you read any of these? What did you think? Let me know in the comments!
