WWW Wednesday is a meme that was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythmand is now hosted at Taking on a World of Words. The three Ws are: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What will you read next?

What I've Been Reading....jpg

I FINALLY read Descendant of the Crane — I finished it last night and it was amazing. That last 100 pages literally had me on the edge of my seat guessing what would happen next. I’m also planning to finish my reread of The Hunger Games today (I have about a chapter or two left) and I’m loving this series just as much as the first time I read it all those years ago and gaining a whole new appreciation for it. I also posted my review for Mooncakes at the end of last week — you can see it here.

What I'm Reading Now....jpg

I’m hoping to start Flame in the Mist and Catching Fire later today! Catching Fire was my favourite book from the Hunger Games trilogy, and Flame in the Mist has been on my tbr for ages, so I’m really excited to start them.

What I'll Be Reading Next....jpg

I swear Infinity Son will make its way into the ‘what I’ve been reading’ section soon. I’ve just been approved to read Into the Crooked Place on Netgalley, which is exciting, so I’ve also added that to my upcoming tbr! And at the rate I’m rereading THG series at, I think I’ll get to Mockingjay very soon and I’m already preparing myself for the feeling of emptiness that follows finishing a great series lol.

What about you? What are you currently reading/ planning on reading?

  1. So great to hear that you really enjoyed Descent of the Crane. That has been on my shelf for a few months now but I can’t wait to get to it. Sounds very interesting! Into the Crooked Place also sounds great. Hope you enjoy all these. Happy reading ^_^

      1. A Curse So Dark and Lonely is ok, had some important themes but Kemmerer didn’t expand on it, plus she kinda glossed over the male protagonist’s misogyny
