Book Friendship Groups I’d Love to Be a Part of

Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday was created by  The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.  Each week they suggest a new theme with a list for bloggers to choose from. This week is all about characters I’d love to be besties with and I swear this week’s topic made me forget every book character I’ve ever read and loved, so I decided to go with bookish friendship groups I’d love to be a part of instead!

I still couldn’t quite think of 10, so there are only 5 this week but here they are:

The Lunar Chronicles.jpg

The Lunar Chronicles is one of my favourite series, and a big reason for that is the friendship the Rampion Crew share. I love every one of these characters, but I’d especially love to be friends with Iko and Thorne!

Six of Crows-2

Here I am pretending I’m actually badass enough to be part of this group (I’m really not lol). But you can’t help but love this little group of criminals.

Aurora Rising-2.jpg

The Fangirl trio was so lovable and weird and perfect, and I really enjoyed how their friendship developed.

Shadowhunters.jpg

It’s been years since I read the books in The Mortal Instruments series, but I remember how much I loved this group of Shadowhunters, vampires, and warlocks. I still need to read the rest of the books in the Shadowhunter world, though!

Renegades-2

It’s been a while since I read Renegades, too, but one of the things that stood out to me was the friendships Nova made with the Renegades crew, and I still need to read the second book to see how it starts to turn out!

What bookish friendship groups do you wish you were a part of? Have you read any of these? Let me know what you think in the comments!

  1. Yesss what can we do to insert ourselves into the Lunar Chronicles crew??! I only had Iko on my list but I completely agree that the dynamic of them all together is A+++. I haven’t read the Six of Crows books yet but I keep hearing good things and hope to start before the end of the year. Thanks for sharing this list! 🙂
